Recently, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, launched the newly completed Ajah Bridge named Jubilee Bridge. The launching of this bridge was part of the Lagos at 50 celebration.

During the launch, the Governor said the motive behind the bridge was to improve connectivity and facilitate economic growth in the axis. He also added that the bridge was a creative solution by his administration to address the heavy traffic associated with the area.

Governor Ambode expressly stated that the Ajah bridge was given priority because of its strategic importance to the economic growth of the Lekki Free Trade Zone and the Ibeju-Lekki-Epe axis. The axis will be very vital in the future prosperity of the state as it is home to multi billion naira investments in the Lekki Free Trade Zone as well as the upcoming seaport and airport.

He also said that beyond the bridge, his administration is looking towards activating the Badore jetty.

This is all good for the state, but what does it really mean to YOU ? How can you benefit maximally from all these? There would be a time when properties beyond Ajah would be selling for N40-60m (some parts already selling for that) like it is now in Osapa/Chevron/Ikota area.

This is the time to make that smart move with Westwood Park Estate Phase 2, Sangotedo selling for N9m for 450sqm and N12m for 600sqm (5-10% discount on outright purchase) and Arium Estate Abijo GRA at N7m for 600sqm (outright purchase attracts 5% discount). Orangeville Estate, Ogombo for N8m.
